My story
Over a more than 40-year career, I’ve been privileged to serve some dynamic businesses and clients. I’ve been especially proud to have spent nearly half of that career as a Partner on the Adams + Miles team.
For the last 15 years, I’ve worked exclusively in the condominium industry as a member of the Adams + Miles Condominium Practice. This includes working with condominium corporations, their shared facilities, property management companies and directors. Our firm is a leader amongst auditing firms in the condominium industry providing audit, accounting, tax, and other specialized services to more than 550 condominium clients across the Greater Toronto Area.
What drives me
I’ve always enjoyed working closely with clients, understanding their operational challenges and working to develop pragmatic solutions that make sense for their organizations. At Adams + Miles, that means delivering personalized service—with a focus on ensuring partners have direct contact with our clients—being communicative and proactive in our engagements. On the condo front, for example, we actively work to optimize client’s internal processes to help make their audits more efficient.
I also enjoy giving back to the condominium community when possible. I’m currently a director and treasurer of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) – Toronto Chapter, a member of the CCI – National Finance and Risk Management Committee and a past Board member of CCI – Huronia Chapter. I’ve also shared my expertise as a presenter at CCI courses, Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) luncheons, the annual Condominium Conference, and have written numerous articles on condominium matters in both CCI and ACMO trade magazines. I participated in ACMO submissions to the Ontario Government on the recent revisions to the Condominium Act, 1998. I’ve also consulted extensively on condominium matters and have acted as an expert witness in condominium disputes.
What’s exciting is knowing that I always have the support of our team here at A+M. Our culture is built on collaboration and trust. We always find ways to support one other and we truly care about each other’s success.

Personal pursuits
- Spending time with my children and grandchildren
- Watching Sunday NFL games (especially my favourite team, the Pittsburgh Steelers)
- Following the sport of Triathlon (one day I’d like to travel to Hawaii where they hold the World Championships)
