My story

I attended Northeastern University in Boston, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree—a double major in accounting/finance and marketing. I started my career as a full-cycle accountant and slowly transitioned into an operations role as I found a passion for driving businesses to work more effectively and efficiently. I’ve worked in a variety of industries from media, not-for-profit and talent development to legal and accounting firms.

My role at A+M

As the Director of Operations at Adams + Miles, I oversee our day-to-day operations and play a critical role in driving our firm’s success. With a focus on operational strategy, financial management, human resources, technology management, compliance and risk management, I ensure the firm operates efficiently and effectively. Working closely with the Managing Partner and other partners across the firm, together we shape A+M’s strategic direction and ensure that our operations are aligned with our long-term vision and growth trajectory.

What I like about our workplace

What I do away from the office

When I’m not working, you can often find me practicing yoga. Yoga helps me maintain physical and mental balance, and I find it a great way to unwind after a busy day.
