Manager—Condominium Practice
My story
I studied at the University of Delhi where I earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where I obtained my chartered accountant designation in 2013. My career focus since then has been accounting and audit, and I have extensive experience auditing firms across industries. I relocated to Canada in 2018, working for just over a year at a small financial services firm before joining Adams + Miles in 2020.
My role at Adams + Miles
I am a manager in our condominium practice. I joined the firm on the assurance side as a staff accountant and was later promoted to senior accountant, where I worked on notices to readers, reviews, audits and condominium audit engagements. In June 2024, I transitioned to the condominium practice full time as a supervisor and was promoted to manager in November 2025.
What I like about our workplace
I like everything about it—the focus on work-life balance, the opportunities for personal growth and professional development and the positive work environment. Everyone supports each other, starting with the partners and across the firm. I work with people who have expertise in all areas like NPO, tax and audits, so I get exposure to all sides of the business. The best part about working in our condo practice is that we engage with multiple clients at the same time. I really enjoy that kind of fast-paced work.

What I do away from the office
I love spending time with my son and I love cooking. My specialty is Indian food, but I recently started doing some baking because my son asks to make new things every day.
